These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Linguolink websites, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to bind yourself or the organization you represent. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You will not misuse the Services, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, disrupt operations, scrape in violation of our policies, or use the Services in violation of applicable law. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

Customer data

You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the Services. Business customers may execute additional agreements (including a DPA) that describe processing roles and obligations.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. Our aggregate liability arising out of these Terms or the Services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or one hundred dollars (USD $100) if no fees applied, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. Governing law and venue may be specified in a separate order form for business customers; otherwise, contact us for the applicable terms that apply to your subscription.
