Encryption and transport
Data in transit is protected using industry-standard TLS. Sensitive configuration should follow your organization's policies for API keys and secrets.
Authentication and access
User authentication is handled through our identity provider integration. Access to production systems follows least-privilege principles appropriate to our stage and architecture.
Data handling
Customer content is processed to provide the features you enable (for example, translation workflows, notifications, and integrations). Subprocessor and data location details can be provided under NDA or as part of enterprise agreements.
Incident response
We maintain processes to detect, investigate, and respond to security issues. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it responsibly using the contact below.
Responsible disclosure
Please email support@linguol.ink with a clear description, steps to reproduce, and impact. Do not perform testing that could harm other users or degrade service availability.
